Debbie Signore Savage is a Registered Nurse and the Owner of Responsive Home Health. She started the company in 1994 and has a long history of caring for the elderly in Broward County.

She started her health care career in the mid-1980’s in the assisted living industry and worked for many years advocating for funding alternatives to skilled nursing facilities. Through grassroots efforts the result was the development of funding for assisted living in Florida through the Medicaid Waiver Program. She also owned and developed her own facilities in Broward County.

Debbie now focuses her attention on delivering the highest level of care to the client’s of Responsive in their home, assisted living, or wherever they may be. Debbie says, “Being able to make a difference in a person’s life is an honor. We are given that opportunity everyday at Responsive Home Health and we take it seriously. Sometimes the little things, a warm voice, a helpful hand can make all the difference in our client’s quality of life”

Educated at Barry University in Miami Shores, she currently lives in Davie with her two sons.
