Physical Therapy
- Home Environmental Evaluations
- Muscle Strength, Mobility, Gait and Range Of Motion (ROM) Assessments
- Conducts Physical Therapy Program and Exercises
- Instructs Client and Family/Caregiver to Participate in Client’s Rehabilitation Regime and Goals
